The limited truck sign can be found on Lester Rd. in Union City. The other pictures are of a half empty warehouse that is on Derrick Industrial.
It’s interesting that the Mayor of Union City don’t want trucks over 3 axle on his home roads but have no problem with them traveling on ours.

Commissioner Arrington mentioned on 3-18-2018 that the owner of this warehouse is trying to lease out the space. That appears to be the plan with these developers; build warehouses and just lease them out.
