Eliese is Principal and Founder of Fisher Coaching & Consulting Services, LLC. (www.FisherConsultingServices.com) Her passion for helping others pursue individual growth, lead purposeful action, and drive sustained improvements began over 30 years ago when she became a peer advisor during her years of undergraduate study. Several years later, after she’d become a Vice President at GE Capital, she was selected as a charter member of their Advanced Leadership and Facilitation Network – an internal group of accomplished associates entrusted to provide both individual coaching and workshop facilitation to GE Capital’s C-Suite leaders. Today, she holds two global designations: International Coach Federation (coachfederation.org) Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Co-Active Training Institute (coactive.com) Certified Professional Co-active Coach (CPCC.)
In addition to coaching, Eliese is a proven talent for Financial Management, Operations Management, and Individual/Team Development. She began her career as a finance professional in GE Lighting’s Financial Management Trainee program. After graduate school she spent several years in general management consulting working on a broad range of clients and engagements including process reengineering, marketing strategy, product development, cost reduction, and organization effectiveness. Throughout her career, Eliese has established and led high-performing teams, planned and facilitated C-suite workshops & conclaves, and coached executives of several prominent multinationals including General Electric, Towers Perrin, Accenture, Kraft Foods, AT&T, Sears Holdings, and Nielsen. A natural innovator, Eliese finds opportunities to promote positive change, even in the most ingrained institutions – or mindsets.
Eliese holds a Bachelor’s from Cornell University and a Master’s from the Darden Graduate School of Business. She is a certified practitioner of leading personality and career assessment tools including Myers-Briggs (MBTI), TKi (conflict modes), and FIRO. And, she is PMP certified.
