Charity Golf Tournament in Atlanta 9/14/15 which benefits The Shepherd Spine (spinal cord injury & brain injury) Center.
The American Golf Foundation 501(c)(3) non-profit organization has locations scattered across the United States and for Georgia, they will be hosting its 6th Charity Golf Tournament at Alfred “Tup” Holmes Memorial Golf Course to help benefit the Shepherd Spine Center.
1. Make a generous financial contribution, (regardless of your geographic location) your contribution is still deductible
2. In addition too your contribution, purchase some $10.00 raffle tickets – Win an IPad or Putter
3. If you play, Come join us and play in the Charity Golf Tournament on 9/14/15 (details attached)
4. Join our Tournament Sponsorship (details attached) and promote yourself or someone you know business(es)
5. If no financial contribution then minimally, if you can – Buy a lot of raffle tickets, *:D big grin
Finally, pass this email on to your family, friends, organizations or promote your business at the tournament with a sponsorship

Hole Sponsorship:
Includes company name or logo on a shared tee box sponsor sign but does not include golf tournament entry
Gold Sponsorship:
Includes Tournament entry for one foursome, and name or logo on a shared tee box sponsor sign
Platinum Sponsorship:
Includes Tournament entry for two foursome (8 people total), plus an exclusive tee box sponsorship sign and recognition on the tournament banner

2. If you are paying via credit card, you can call me, fax it 888-213-1607 or call/fax golf course fax it, the tax-id # is on the flyer
3. If you are doing a sponsorship and need to send over your logo, please email address on flyer and cc: email to me
4. Raffle tickets are not tax deductible (like playing the lottery), If out of my area, I will scan, screen shot your raffle ticket number
I thank you in advance and I look forward to seeing the bar graph chart go up. I gave myself a few weeks to complete this goal so Please respond by 8/26/15 and they have only 144 players available to compete so sign-up early.
