Marisa is a proven business operations professional with more than 15 years’ experience designing and delivering enterprise-wide change solutions impacting resource management, revenue cycle management, and product marketing. Her corporate experience spans the Healthcare, Management Consulting, Telecommunication, and Entertainment industries, and includes direct management of M&A post-merger system alignments, federal grants management, and product marketing retention programs. She brings infectious optimism and shrewd financial management skills to each client and is currently providing consultative expertise to support Cox Media, Inc. in deploying a new-to-market advertising product.

Senior Project Manager for North Highland Consulting, Marisa is responsible for leading an $1.8 M product initiative through design, development, and delivery. She is responsible for ensuring the validity of business requirements, the appropriate measure of technical development, and the development of succinct and effective go-to-market plans. In addition to managing the many facets of the project, she is the primary point of contact for business unit leaders, department heads, and the executive leadership team regarding the project’s progress.

Prior to her current position, Marisa worked in both Product Marketing and Retention Marketing for AT&T, Inc. From managing the go-to-market deployment of GiGa Power to leading data driven decisioning to optimize Product Retention, she continued to provide superior outcomes and on-time, on-budget project management oversight. Before AT&T, Marisa held several leadership roles in Healthcare including Sr. Business Manager at Emory
University’s Schools of Medicine, Fundraising Manager at March of Dimes, and Director of Heart Disease Research at Morehouse School of Medicine. In these roles, she was responsible for administering more than $200M in medical research funding and raising in excess of $250,000 in charitable contributions. Marisa also served a key role in leading performance analysis on various patient programs and protocols in addition to leading SOX compliance and federal reporting efforts in support of research grants.

Marisa earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia and master’s degree in business administration from Kennesaw State University. Throughout her career, Marisa has remained active in the community. Recently elected Vice President of the Cedar Grove Community Association, she is honored to serve her neighbors and peers in their efforts to attract complementary economic development in alignment with values to preserve and protect the environment. She is also proud to serve her alma mater, the University of Virginia, as Regional Committee Member for the Jefferson Scholars Program, Walter Ridley Scholarship, and Ron Brown Scholarships.

Marisa resides in South Fulton, GA with her husband, five year-old son, and two year-old daughter.
