The mission of the Zoning and Research Committee plays an important role whereas it is essential that our community remains vital and sustainable by maintaining its beauty as we know it "the best kept secret". We will review, question, and object or agree to any developers plan or overlay to our community. Residents of CGCA will know what's coming to the community, so all can make sound decisions on viable projects and have a voice on how you want your community to develop.
